1. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your date, especially for weddings and large events.

2. How long do you stay at events?
Each package includes a set number of service hours, but you can always add extra time through our add-ons.

3. Do you offer decaf or milk alternatives?
Yes! All packages include whole milk. Decaf and alternative milk is available as an add-on or included in select packages.

4. Can we customize our drink menu?
Absolutely. From seasonal flavors to signature syrups inspired by your event, we love tailoring the menu to fit your celebration.

5. What do you need for setup?

We bring the cart, equipment, and supplies. All we need from you is a standard power outlet and a flat space to set up

.

6. Do you travel outside Winnipeg?

Yes! Travel fees apply for locations outside Winnipeg. Reach out with your location and we’ll provide a custom quote.

7. How many guests can you serve?

Our packages are designed for gatherings from 30 to 100 guests. For larger events, we’ll work with you to customize a coffee experience that fits perfectly.

8. Do you provide cups and napkins?
Yes, we take care of all serving essentials—cups, lids, napkins, and stir sticks are included.

9. Can we brand or personalize the setup?
Of course! Add custom signage, menu designs, or branded cups/sleeves to make it uniquely yours.

10. What if some guests don’t drink coffee?
We’ve got them covered! Many of our drinks can be made caffeine-free, and we’re happy to serve non-coffee options like steamed milk with flavor, hot chocolate, or tea upon request.

11. What happens to the cups I paid for if not everyone uses them?
Your package includes coffee service for a set number of guests, which covers the prep, staffing, and setup costs. Even if not every guest grabs a cup, you’ll still have a seamless, ready-to-serve experience for everyone.

12. How do we book?
